Delete your Marten account
Cancel any subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel billing from Apple, Google Play, or the web. If you delete first, you may still be charged.
Cancel in the Marten app, on the account page, or in the App Store or Google Play. Then come back here to delete the account.
What is deleted
- Your account (email, password, display name, membership)
- Synced waypoints, tracks, lines, areas, and folders
- Waypoint photos stored on our servers
- Share links you created, and map-data reports you submitted
Content only on a device stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. Short-lived server logs may remain for security. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
Sign in to delete
Sign in with the same email you use in Marten, then type DELETE to confirm.
Need help?
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@martenmaps.com and we will delete the account.
